Our story

Created from real dealership experience.

OptionTailor came from a real need inside the dealership experience. Customers were being asked to make decisions about accessories, protection products, and vehicle upgrades, but the tools used to explain those options did not always feel current, polished, or easy to understand.

When outside updates slowed down, the process became harder to keep current. Instead of waiting for a better solution, the tool was built from the ground up to support a smoother, more professional customer conversation.

The goal was simple: create a presentation customers could understand, interact with, and use to discover the best plan of action for their vehicle with support from the dealership team.
